It has always been our aim to achieve as much Trust as
somehow possible, but also to keep the Trusting Process as moderate as
possible and to put everything in a format that can be easily understood
by any internet surfer on his way through the web.
As result there are only 3 different Trust
Statuses:

Trust pending
Meaning, an application was filled, and we are waiting for the
documents to proof Trust Status.

Trust valid
We received proof of Person as a minimum and maybe other
documentation to achieve a Trust Level higher than 1.

Trust granted
The documents for Proof of Person, Proof of ownership and (if
present) Proof of incorporation are presented in a public confirmed
manner (like Apostil)
furthermore there are 2 different Non-Trust Statuses:

Trust N/A
We did not receive the documents within 60 days after registration,
or documentation presented did not fulfil our minimum criteria, or
there has been little seal presentation (below 3 per day) within the
last 30 days. Not assigned means, we are not sure about if and how
to Trust.

Trust denied
If we find good reasons not to Trust, we will deny Trust. Before we
do so, we will contact the Requestor of Trust.

The documentation provided with or after
application will decide which Trust Level is accomplished. There are 4
real Trust Levels and 1 Customer Service Trust Level.
Level 1 (Trust valid or Trust granted)
- Proof of Person
We received documentations stating that the Person who is named as
responsible for the Domain and the Website is a real living Person.
Level 2 (Trust valid or Trust granted)
- Proof of Ownership
If the domain is registered in the Name of the Person above, than we
will acquire the documents of Proof by ourselves. If not,
documentation has to be provided to proof the legal right to use
that domain and/or shop.
- Proof of Incorporation
If the Domain Shop is owned by a company, than Documentation has to
be provided about the legal character and the correct registration
of that company.
Level 3 (Trust granted only)
- Apostil
All the above and all following documents have to be provided in a
public confirmed manner. Every Document has to be sealed.
- Proof of Power
If Person acct for another Person or for a company, than documents
have to be provided confirming that Person has the Power of Attorney
to proceed with these actions.
Level 4 (Trust granted)
- A letter of Good Standing either form a Major Bank or of a public
listed accountant has to confirm the trustworthiness of Person
and/or Company.
Level 5 (Trust granted)
This level can not be achieved by any steps of Person. Level 5 has to
be earned. You need to be level 4 and you also need to fulfil certain
criteria in means of Customer Service to be honoured with Level 5. |
